Who I am
I’m Claire, a certified Regenerative Alchemy somatic coach, yoga teacher and business mentor based in Manchester, UK. ​

After leaving the corporate marketing world in 2022, I started my own business to support other women in their journey of entrepreneurship and provide a body-led, nature-inspired approach to life and business coaching.
I work with women who are devoted to creating businesses and lives that are heart-based and soul-led. They are empaths who deeply feel the disconnection that modern living has created, and yearn to embody more of their natural, thriving state of being.

Nourish Your Nervous System
We join together live online each week (Thursdays 7pm UK time) and delve into these three phases, with a final somatic healing circle for reflection and integration.
Week one
Nourishment through the nervous system
We’ll kick things off by exploring how to nourish and soothe your nervous system, creating a foundation of calm and resilience as we head into the darker months.
Week two
Nourishment through embodiment
Dive deeper into the blueprint of Nourishment, and learn how to work with simple somatic practices that promote awareness and help you embrace more presence, calm and ease.
Week three
Nourishment through nature
Discover how to connect with nature’s rhythms and plant allies, allowing the changing season to guide you in nurturing yourself and grounding your energy.
Week four
Somatic healing circle & reflections
Join our final live session in this healing circle to share your experiences, integrate what you’ve learned, and celebrate the nourishing journey we’ve taken together.
